I have developed a new system using WordPress and WooCommerce that includes the following features:
Wallet System:
- Users can have negative wallet balances.
- Customers can place orders and pay using their wallet balance.
- Admins can top up or charge fees to users’ wallets from the admin page.
WooCommerce Orders and Products:
- Orders and product management have been simplified and optimized for maximum speed.
WordPress:
- The overall WordPress setup has also been simplified and optimized.
Design Management:
- Custom Post Type: Design Images
- Customers can upload their own design files, including:
- Profile images
- SKUs (Stock Keeping Units)
- Links to download the original files for printing.
Three Main User Groups:
- Customers:
- Manage personal information, including Name, Email, and Password.
- View current wallet balance and transaction history.
- Manage their design library: add and delete designs.
- Place print orders by selecting products and previously uploaded designs, with automatic payment via their wallet.
- Manage order lists, view order statuses, and access details for each order.
- Staff:
- View customer and staff lists.
- Access and manage the list of orders.
- Search for specific orders.
- Update order statuses according to the process, with the ability to revert changes if orders are updated incorrectly.
- Export detailed order information as images for other uses.
- Admin Shop:
- Add, edit, and delete products.
- Add and edit users on the front end.
- Change user roles (customer, staff, admin shop) on the front end.
- Recharge or deduct funds from users’ digital wallets.
- Manage orders, including features available to staff, with additional capabilities:
- Modify total order prices: add fees and apply discounts.
- Process refunds for orders.
